Job Role & Responsibilities
- Resolve stock issue tickets, licensing tickets, and other miscellaneous issues.
- Provide backup support to the Order Processing team during low-volume periods.
- Process sample orders efficiently.
- Update Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS) ratings.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks during slow seasons.
- Work on reporting tasks and special projects.
- Coordinate logistics for campaigns that generate millions in revenue involving both overseas and domestic vendors.
- Strategize and implement ways to reduce costs and increase profit margins for orders.
- Expedite delivery timelines, achieving 5-day turnarounds for orders typically completed in 10 days.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- 1–5 years of experience in Operations or Logistics (fresh graduates with potential are also welcome).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on complex tasks under tight timelines.
- Self-motivated and capable of making decisions independently.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
