Job Role & Responsibilities
- Manage contract labour management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels.
- Provide support for employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave requests, and other HR-related documents.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues or concerns related to human resources.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- MHRM / MBA HR
- Fresher – pass out 2022-2023 -2024
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic communication skills with a proactive and positive approach to tasks.
