Job Role & Responsibilities
- As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions across channels.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.
- Complete responsibility of a customer interaction & Provide Superior Customer Experience on Chat/Email/Call.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Collaborate with team-members, customer service teams to ensure superior customer experience.
- Follow company’s communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times.
- Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
