Job Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with workshop organizers to define workshop objectives and content.
- Maintaining good relationships with the college POCs and CRs of colleges where NxtWave conduits events.
- Facilitate discussions, activities, and group interactions before the event.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues to ensure a smooth experience for students.
- Create awareness among the college students about NxtWave’s vision and offerings.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications: Any Graduate
- You’re a native speaker of ” Telugu “
- You’re self-motivated
- You’ve great negotiation skills
- You can handle objections diplomatically
- You’ve good interpersonal skills
- You’ve good persuasion skills
- You’re target-oriented.
