Job Role & Responsibilities
- Managing a team of customer support executives and keeping them motivated
- Maintaining good customer relationships to drive customer satisfaction
- Acting as a single point of contact for customers to resolve any order-related issues by coordinating with internal sales and operations teams
- Taking inbound customer leads and helping them with our offerings
- Building good rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers
- Helping customers in their end-to-end order journey with us
- Being the voice of the customers by having an in-depth understanding of their likes and dislikes and helping the company bring desired changes
