Job Role & Responsibilities
- Implementing cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting the products and systems.
- Performs engineering RF/analog/EMC test and measurement tasks as well as operational tests
- Utilize variety of test and measurement equipment to evaluate product performance
- Plans the environmental, mechanical and electrical / electronic tests.
- Create test strategies and specifications for new and revised products
- Prepare test, design test fixtures, complete test procedures for existing products
- Maintains effective communication with other CS labs and the Global Test Labs so as to develop and promote best practices among the laboratories.
- Debug optimize test software using National Instruments LabVIEW
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Bachelor / Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering
- In-depth understanding of electrical connector testing procedures. (To include EIA, EN, IEC, MIL standard, etc…).
- Strong in materials knowledge, manufacturing processes (e.g., plastic injection molding, machining, stamping, assembly) and other related disciplines are added advantage
- Familiarity with automotive testing specification is preferred.
- Good planning and organization skills.
- Strong capability with MS Office suite of software (word/excel/power point).
- Good English communication skill.
